Responsibilities
This role is that of a person that has profound knowledge about the business and can not only interpret business requirements but also anticipate and suggest them, leading the team to provide technical advisory on product capabilities, proof of concepts, multi-system integration, configuration and design of new system solutions. Coordinate daily team activities ensuring that the team is aligned with the planned. This role is responsible for supporting the management level on activities related to localization development, support and consulting, involving the design, development, maintenance and operation of systems, as well as the maintenance of the technological level of the area, guiding the accomplishment of studies, customer advice and the implantation of new features, procedures and techniques. The responsibilities are:
- Having holist knowledge about the business, understanding all technological processes and subsystems involved.
- Being able to engage in technical discussions, evaluations, advice, meetings, seminars, training or any other activities that require mentoring support.
- Being able to produce documents, presentations or any other deliverable that supports ideas, concepts and designs.
- Tactical planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by continuously exceeding customer expectations and commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with client teams to support release planning and development activities.
- Manage Advisory scope.
- Lead the team to provide technical direction on systems analysis, troubleshooting, design, development, quality assurance and support.
- Carry out supportive responsibilities in accordance with the organizationâs policies and applicable laws. Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Deliver products with expected quality.
- Meet the deadlines agreed with the client and deliver the requirements within budget, scope, reliability and time.
- Assist in the revision of business requirements.
- Being able to perform activities, such as:
- Continuously learning about RDI products and process.
- Collaborate to improve existing business processes.
- Lead technical discussions, meetings or any other activities that require communication of ideas, concepts or planning.
- Provide reports, KPIs or any other support information required by management.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse and gather all information needed.
- Deliver informative, well-organized documents such as release delivery plan, presentations or any other deliverable that supports ideas, concepts and designs, etc.
- Creation of documents for assisting and arming McD on knowledge about the best usage of RDI products.
- Facilitates effective team interaction.
- Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
- Take input from management and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Comply with and enhance the processes established for the LATAM Center of Excellence.

Who you are
- Bachelorsâ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar with logical and analytical background.
- Fluency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing skills.
- Coaching, mentoring and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Strong customer service orientation: good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details.
- Business awareness and strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into an application and operational requirements.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of System Design and Modelling Techniques.
- Project management, project planning, and methodologies.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- A logical approach to problem-solving. A methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

- Advanced knowledge:
- Programming for modern, PC-based operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
- Scripting Programming environments (C#, JavaScript, Jscript)
- High proficiency in the use of Mark Up languages such as XML
- Configuration Management systems: GIT, CVS
- NP6 Customization Knowledge
Desirable
- Fluency in Spanish
- Computer Programming languages: C, C++, Java, JScript.
- Desired knowledge in SQL Server and .Net development.
- Documentation and Issue tracking systems: Jira, Invigate, others.
- Testing and evaluation tools and techniques: xUnit, TestComplete, WinRunner, LoadRunner, others.
- POS Point of Sales industry is a nice to have.
- Knowledge of the Quick Service Restaurant Business, including, but not limited to, RCT, RFM2, NP#, eCP, 3PO, NGK.
- UML, Data Modeling, Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis and Design tools and notations.
- Office productivity packages, including drafting/diagramming (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
- Configuration Management systems: GIT, CVS, SVN, others
- Continuous integration tools: Team City, others
- System Analysis and Design methodologies (Structures, Object-Oriented, others).
- UML, Data Modelling, Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis and Design tools and notations
- Software analysis, design, architecture
- Integrated Development Environments: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
