Wonder Women in Action (WWA)
WWA is the combined community and women's RDI Brazil network that brings together employees willing to dedicate part of their free time to make the workplace more equal and inclusive for women. This network is open to everyone, regardless of their community, political or religious beliefs.
OutFront
OUTfront is the Capgemini network of LGBT+ and ally community that brings together collaborators ready to dedicate part of their spare time to make the Group more diverse and inclusive for individuals on the sexual and gender spectrum. This network is open to all, regardless of their community, political or religious beliefs.
Fatherhood & Manhood (F&M)
The F&M group was created to be a safe environment for men to express their feelings and thoughts and at the same time promote discussions regarding concepts of manhood.
RDInclusion
The RDInclusion group is a combined community of People with Disability and Neuroatypical to discuss about accessibility and inclusion of people, and promote affirmative actions to attract and hire many different types of disabilities.
Hangouts Diversity
Hangouts Diversity is the space created that we can share knowledge to our employees on DE&I topics. Sessions can be led by HR, affinity committee or external speakers.
Referral Program
The Employee Referral Program supports RDI’s improved Talent Acquisition process. We strongly believe will help RDI Hire Top Talent by Leverage Employee Connections!
To encourage referrals for all Open Permanent Positions, RDI has defined a Referral Bonus Amount to be paid out according to the Position level plus a specific bonus amount for diversity candidates.
