Our group that discuss different ways to help the RDI and world to be more sustainable, implementing actions that also impacts in our employees life.
RDI Sports Team
The team is designed to provide participation in street races, as well as cycling, walking, soccer events, among others, always counting on the support of HR and the Engagement team. Our aim is to bring people who are passionate about sports and encourage those who haven't had contact yet to try and take care of their health!

Maternity Program
Focused on supports our pregnant women, RDI employees or dependents of our employees, in the prenatal, birth and puerperium period. The purpose is to promote preventive and educational measures, meet the needs of women arising from the pregnancy-puerperal cycle and provide for the reduction of possible risks, through monitoring carried out by the obstetric nursing team and support from the multidisciplinary team.

Extended Paternity Leave
The purpose of this initiative is to extend the paternity leave from 5 to 20 work days.

Orienteme
The objective of this program is to support the emotional health and promotes health, body detoxification, metabolic balance and eating plan for RDI employees, through a differentiated service, which takes place through video calls and/or chat.

Gympass is a discovery platform that provides access to the largest global network of training facilities, which benefits employees to find an activity they enjoy and pay a discount for corporate membership.
