Responsibilities

• Receives a high level of technical definition and translates it into language technique.

• Ability to evaluate the effort of the activities requested.

• Develop software, collect information and verify the viability of the implementation.

• Responsible for attending the tasks regarding customer support.

• Responsible for attending change requests/feature enhancements - refining requirements and assisting them in progressing the requirement through the release management process.

• Record Metrics for monthly reporting of the team's performance.

• Work with other engineering functions from design to production to implement test procedures for systems and equipment.

• Document the procedures and recommendations for all phases of product tests.

• Develop Testing Automation.

• Creates Documentation as needed.

• Code review and code refactoring.

• Create, execute, and enhance tests, from unit tests to integration tests, functional tests, test automation, and test cases to cover existing features and bug fixes.

• Responsible for product quality, ensuring that all deliveries are properly tested and do not introduce issues or side effects.

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to investigate complex issues, isolate root causes, and provide data‑driven recommendations for long‑term solution
