HR Generalist (with Employer Branding and Employee Engagement focus)

Responsibilities:
- Employer Branding:
- Responsible for internal and external communication.
- Preparation and organization of various company appearances, posting job advertisements on our career site and social media sites.
- Comprehensive management of social media and strategic content creation.
- Organizing and executing professional events, including full management of job fairs and IT Professional Days (IKSZ).
- Coordinating company visits and open days in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Planning and executing internal and external events.
- Continuous monitoring of competitors and analysis of market trends.
- Employee Engagement:
- Coordinating the Global Engagement Network (GEN) and managing workflows and projects.
- Planning and preparing annual company marketing materials, giveaways.
- Managing orders and procurement of gifts for employees.
- Managing, tracking, and calculating the GEN budget.
- Monitoring the budget for employee engagement and employer branding.
- Coordinating the use of displays around the office for communication purposes.
- Creating surveys for feedback about events. (participation, satisfaction, etc.).
- Analyzing pulse surveys in cooperation with the local leadership and developing incentive systems to increase response rates.
- Editing and keeping the HR intranet site up to date.
- Overseeing company pages, such as Team Tailor (applicant tracking system).
- Ensuring and coordinating participation in RDI global events.
- Coordinating the pre-boarding process.
- Holding a company presentation during the first days of new hires.
- Taking headshots of new employees.
- Supporting onboarding process (sending a welcome email and creating a company phonebook etc.).
- HR Administration:
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Participating in ad hoc HR projects.
- Reporting:
- Continuous reporting on the GEN budget to the sponsor and ambassador.
- Preparing attrition reports and managing contract modifications related to the performance review cycle.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in employer branding, marketing and engagement.
- Confident English language (verbally and in writing) skills.
- Strategic mindset – ability to plan ahead.
- Initiative and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of graphic design programs (e.g., Canva).
- Skills in image and video creation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn (Business), Instagram, and Facebook admin interfaces.
- Knowledge of Google Ads management.
- Consistency and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- At least 3 office days per week at the Debrecen office, with availability for more depending on events.
